clients, wherein we address your questions regarding our representation,
and how to proceed with our services. For nonprofit clients we suggest that you sign up for our Free Startup Information Package for Nonprofits, which contains helpful advice and checklists. Additionally our links page offers helpful background information so that you may familiarize yourself with the basic issues of starting and operating a nonprofit corporation. In advance of our meeting or telephone contact, please prepare your questions and have your documents available for review. We suggest that you fax any relevant documents in advance of our appointment. We assure you that your contact information will remain strictly private and will not be sold or distributed for any other purpose. Once we determine that representation is appropriate, you and our firm will sign a straightforward written agreement which details for you, our services, and fees.
